Maintain Official Records. The Secretary will keep minutes of all WECC Board and Member meetings and will receive and maintain minutes of committee meetings and all other official records of WECC. Within five (5) business days after any vote taken by Members, the Board, a Class or any committee, the Secretary will provide notice to all Members and Participating Stakeholders (if applicable) of the results of such a vote through postings on the website, email and/or other means of communication.
