Secretarys Duties. The Secretary shall issue or cause to be issued notices for all meetings of the Members and the directors when directed to do so. The Secretary shall have charge of the minute books and, if there is a seal, the seal of the Co-operative. The Secretary shall sign with the President or other signing officer or officers of the Co- operative such instruments as require the Secretary’s signature and shall perform such other duties as the terms of the Secretary’s engagement call for or the board may from time to time properly require of the Secretary. The Secretary or some other officer specifically charged with the duty shall keep or cause to be kept a book or books or other suitable records wherein shall be kept recorded:

  • Superintendent's Duties The Superintendent’s duties shall be as prescribed by statute and by Board policies, rules, regulations and directives. The Superintendent agrees to devote the Superintendent’s time, skill, labor and attention to all required duties throughout the contract term. The Superintendent shall be subject to the direction and control of the Board at all times and shall perform such administrative duties as the Board assigns. By agreement with the Board, the Superintendent may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing, or other professional duties and obligations as long as they do not interfere with carrying out the Superintendent’s duties and obligations to the District.
