Maintenance and Monitoring. a. Qualified personnel shall maintain each computer as necessary. If an employee discovers a problem with a computer or accessory, he or she shall report it immediately. The necessary repairs and/or adjustments shall be made to correct the problem in a timely manner. Computer maintenance records shall be available to the Union upon reasonable for all equipment used by unit members. b. Whenever computer equipment and/or accessories are determined to be faulty and cannot be adjusted or repaired, they shall be replaced immediately with equipment, which meets the standards stated above. No employee shall be required to use, operate or be exposed to unsafe equipment or accessories.
