Maintenance and Repair. 6.6.1 Qwest will maintain its facilities and equipment used to provide CLEC resold services. CLEC or its End User Customers may not rearrange, move, disconnect or attempt to repair Qwest's facilities or equipment, including facilities or equipment that may terminate or be located at CLEC's End User Customer's premises, other than by connection or disconnection to any interface between Qwest and the End User Customer's facilities, without the written consent of Qwest. 6.6.2 Maintenance and Repair procedures are detailed in Section 12.
