Common use of Maintenance Engineer Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Engineer. The parties have agreed that the Company shall not be required to post and fill the position of Maintenance Engineer or Sr. Maintenance Engineer as a result of this agreement. It is understood that in accordance with Article 10, the company may contract this work out.
