MAINTENANCE OF BENEFITS AND CONDITIONS. All rights, benefits, privileges and working conditions which Employees now enjoy, receive, or possess as Employees of the Employer will continue to be enjoyed and possessed in so far as they are consistent with this Agreement, but may be modified by mutual Agreement between the Union and the Employer.
