Maintenance of Fringe Benefits for Pregnancy, Parental and Adoption Leave. Employees accorded leave in accordance with Articles 24.06, 24.07 and 24.09 shall be accorded the privilege of maintaining all fringe benefits as outlined in Article 26, in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.
