Maintenance of Insurance Benefits. Any changes in the aggregate benefits of the health-medical-dental, income- disability, or term-life insurance policies in effect between an insurance carrier and the EMPLOYER shall be subject to bargainingbetween the EMPLOYER and the ASSOCIATION, except benefit changes required by law.
