Maintenance of Student Records. 1) The School will maintain both active and archival records for current/former students in accordance with state law. The School will ensure that all student records are kept confidential as required by applicable state and federal laws. The School shall keep true and complete copies of the personnel files of all persons employed by the School. Such files shall be maintained by the School at a readily accessible location in Volusia County and shall be open to public inspection as provided by law.
