Majority. For majority approval, a majority of responding contributors must vote in favor. For supermajority approval, two thirds of responding contributors must vote in favor. The contributor soliciting approval counts as a contributor voting in favor.
Majority. If at any time a majority of the aggregate unpaid Original Amount of all Equipment Notes in respect of the Aircraft ceases to be held by the same Lender or Lenders as the “lender” or “lenders” holding a majority (or more) of the aggregate unpaid Original Amount of all Related Equipment Notes in respect of any one or more other Related Aircraft and/or holding a majority (or more) of the aggregate unpaid principal amount of all PDP Notes, then unless such change of holding occurred as the result of the lawful exercise of remedies following an Event of Default (x) the Related Equipment Notes issued, and the Related Mortgages entered into, in respect of such one or more other Related Aircraft and/or the PDP Notes and the PDP Security Agreements, as the case may be, shall, without further act of the parties hereto or thereto, no longer be deemed to be “Related Notes” or “Related Mortgages” for purposes of this Agreement or the Mortgage and (y) the Lenders accept and agree that, unless otherwise agreed therein, the Equipment Notes and the Mortgage shall, without further act of the parties hereto or thereto, no longer be deemed to be “Related Notes” or a “Related Mortgage” under the terms of the Related Mortgage(s) in respect of such one or more other Related Aircraft and/or the PDP Security Agreements, as the case may be.
Majority. A majority vote of the Commission, when required as authorization for any action by the Commission, shall mean more than half of the total votes cast by the appointed representatives. A super majority will require 2/3 of the votes cast by the Commission.

For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Majority" in reference to the Holders of the Warrant Agreements, shall mean in excess of fifty percent (50%) of the then outstanding warrants issued under the Warrant Agreements or Total Warrant Shares that (y) are not held by the Company, an affiliate, officer, creditor, employee or agent thereof or any of their respective affiliates, members of their family, persons acting as nominees or in conjunction therewith and (z) have not been resold to the public pursuant to a registration statement filed with the Commission under the Act.
Majority. Each member of the Joint Committee shall have one vote. Any matter will be decided by a simple majority of those members of the Joint committee present in the room at the time the question is put.
Majority. 7.1 Unless this Agreement provides otherwise, any matter will be decided by a simply majority of those Members voting and present in the room at the time the question was put.

Majority. In addition to all other powers conferred on the Partners by this Agreement, the following acts and decisions shall require the consent of the Partners holding at least two-thirds (2/3) of the total number of Units issued and outstanding at such time:
(a) the removal of the General Partner and the appointment of a new General Partner of the Partnership;
(b) the continuance of the Partnership if the Partnership is terminated by operation of law;
(c) the sale of all or substantially all the assets of the Partnership;
(d) subject to Article 14, an amendment to this Agreement; and
(e) the dissolution or winding-up of the Partnership.
Majority. The term “Majority” shall refer to the Limited Partners collectively holding more than 50% of the Percentage Interests of all of the Limited Partners.
