Make Good Damage. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Contract, the Contractor must make good any loss or damage to any property of the Town caused by the negligence or default of the Contractor or any of its agents, employees and subcontractor of the Contractor.
Make Good Damage. At the Licensee's own expense from time to time the Licensee must make good any breakage, defect or damage to the Licensed Premises or any adjoining premises or facilities or any other property caused by want of care, misuse or abuse on the part of the Licensee or otherwise occasioned by any breach or default of the Licensee under this Licence.

  • Damage Deposit Upon the due execution of this Agreement, Tenant shall deposit with Landlord the sum of DOLLARS ($ ) receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Landlord, as security for any damage caused to the Premises during the term hereof. Such deposit shall be returned to Tenant, without interest, and less any set off for damages to the Premises upon the termination of this Agreement.
