Manage Business Access Card service. 10.1 Where the Business Firm has access to the Manage Business Access Card service, it agrees that all Business Access Cards associated with the folios and accounts it holds indicated in the Business File shall be displayed in the ADA Service. 10.2 Subject to verifications conducted by the Caisse when the Assignment of Signing Authority option applies to the Business Firm, the Business Firm shall be solely responsible for transactions made to a folio or an account using the service. 10.3 The Business Firm acknowledges that the service shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out in the User Guide and the Terms of Use- Business Access Card. 10.4 Where the Business Firm has access to the Temporarily increase Business Access Card limit sub-service: (a) the Primary Administrator may view for each folio’s the Business Firm holds and indicated in the Business File the active limit applicable for ATM withdrawals or direct payments; (b) any designated User may request to temporarily increase a folio’s monetary limit for ATM withdrawals or direct payments carried out using a Business Access Card associated with the folio; (c) it releases the Caisse from any liability it might incur by approving or denying a request to temporarily increase a folio’s monetary limit; (d) the Caisse shall in no event be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses or other inconveniences that the Business Firm might suffer by approving or denying a request to temporarily increase a folio’s monetary limit. Assignment of Signing Authority: mechanism used by the Caisse to assign signing authority to a User with respect to monetary transactions or operations that require two signatures as indicated in its Business File to ensure there is a match between the identification of the User to whom signing authority must be granted and the individuals designated in the Signing Resolution of the Business Firm as being Authorized to carry out the relevant transactions.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. Access will be provided at least daily. Zone files will include SRS data committed as close as possible to 00:00:00 UTC.
