Management and Administrative. (M&A) No more than 3 percent of the total award amount (including SAA M&A costs) may be used for M&A purposes. M&A activities are those defined as directly relating to the management and administration of the grant funds, such as financial management and monitoring. M&A costs include the following categories of activities: • Hiring of full-time or part-time staff or contractors/consultants: o To assist with the management of UASI Nonprofit Security Grant Program funds o To assist with design, requirements, and implementation of the UASI Nonprofit Security Grant Program o Meeting compliance with reporting/data collection requirements, including data callsDevelopment of operating plans for information collection and processing necessary to respond to DHS data calls • Travel expenses directly related to management and administration of UASI Nonprofit Security Grant Program funds • Meeting-related expenses directly related to management and administration of UASI Nonprofit Security Grant Program funds

Management and Administrative. (a) The respective project managers of the parties will have responsibility for day to day management of provision of the Services, and in particular m-Wise's project manager will be iTouch's dedicated technical focal point of contact responsible for delivery of the Services in accordance with this Schedule and in particular the required service levels (see paragraph (9) below).   • Minor and Administrative Errors A Competent Authority shall notify the Competent Authority of the other Party when the first-mentioned Competent Authority has reason to believe that administrative errors or other minor errors may have led to incorrect or incomplete information reporting or resulted in other infringements of this Agreement. The Competent Authority of such other Party shall apply its domestic law (including applicable penalties) to obtain corrected and/or complete information or to resolve other infringements of this Agreement.

  • TITLE AND ADMINISTRATION All site work performed in furtherance of this purchase order will be on real property owned by the U.S. Government. Title and all property rights and interests resulting from this purchase order shall pass directly from Supplier to the Government, upon acceptance, regardless of when or where the Government takes physical possession. Payments under this purchase order will be made by Buyer from funds advanced by the Government, not from Buyer’s own assets. Administration of this purchase order may be transferred to DOE or its designee, and in case of such transfer and notice thereof to Supplier, Buyer shall have no further responsibilities hereunder.

  • Judicial and Administrative Proceedings In the event that Business Associate receives a subpoena, court or administrative order, or other discovery request or mandate for release of PHI, Business Associate agrees to collaborate with Covered Entity with respect to Business Associate’s response to such request. Business Associate shall notify Covered Entity within seven (7) days of receipt of such request or mandate.

  • Management and Operations 15.1 The Operator shall prepare an annual work programme and budget for each Calendar Year during the term of this Agreement. Each such work programme and budget shall set out in reasonable details, the work to be carried out, facilities to be purchased or created, training and employment programme, establishment, salaries and wages, social welfare schemes to be undertaken, and an estimate of the Expenditure to be incurred. The Operator shall present such work programme and budget to the Government and the Working Interest Owners before the start of each Calendar Year and thereafter provide a quarterly update on the implementation of such work programme and budget.
