Management and Organising Committees. 4.1 The Technical Committee shall be the "Management Committee" of the Championships responsible for the technical details of the Championships. The Technical Committee shall have exclusive rights to decide in all matters related to the conduct of the Championships, in consultation with the Executive Committee, and to nominate the Technical Meet Officials in consultation with the Executive Committee.
