Management Development Policy. Employees are authorized to attend professional training programs, seminars, and workshops, during normal work hours at the discretion of their Department Head, for the purpose of developing knowledge, skills, and abilities in the areas of supervision, management, and County policies and procedures. Up to thirty (30) hours of such training time is recommended annually.
