Manager and Members, Initial Capital Contributions. Each person admitted as a Member shall contribute the amount of Initial Capital Contribution set forth on such Member’s Subscription Agreement, and such Initial Capital Contribution will be deemed made and will be reflected in the books and records of AVGF as of the date of contribution. Although the Manager may make capital contributions to AVGF, the Manager is not required to make any such capital contribution. The Manager’s capital contribution will be included for purposes of the determination of any minimum commitment amount set forth in a Series Supplement. The minimum Initial Capital Contribution and the maximum Capital Contribution of each Member is set forth in the applicable Series Supplement.
