MANDATED CONDITIONS. A. Execution of this Agreement constitutes a certification that the Municipality will comply with all the requirements imposed by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d, et. seq.). Pursuant to 44 C.F.R. §§ 7 and 16, and 44 C.F.R. § 206.11, the Municipality must undertake an active program of nondiscrimination in its administration of disaster assistance under this Agreement.
