Site Restoration. ‌ The Certificate Holder is responsible for site restoration pursuant to the Council’s rules, WAC 463-42, in effect at the time of submittal of the Application. The Certificate Holder shall develop an Initial Site Restoration Plan in accordance with the requirements set out in Article IV.D of this Agreement and in consultation with WDFW, and submit it to EFSEC for approval. The Certificate Holder may not begin Site Preparation or Construction until the Council has approved the Initial Site Restoration Plan, including the posting of all necessary guarantees, securities, or funds associated therewith. The Certificate Holder shall submit a detailed site restoration plan to EFSEC for approval prior to decommissioning in accordance with the requirements of Article VIII.A of this Agreement.

Site Restoration. Tenant may make such modifications to the Premises as reasonably required or convenient to perform the Installation Work or ongoing maintenance, including, without limitation, running wires and conduits from the System to the electrical panels and other areas on the Premises, provided that Tenant shall maintain the Premises in good condition and repair and shall restore the Premises to substantially the same condition as existed immediately prior to such modifications (other than the improvements and modifications made in connection with the System).

Site Restoration. Upon completion of the lead or galvanized service removal Project the CONTRACTOR shall restore the Project site to its pre-existing or better condition prior to final payment.

After installation of the wood fiber blanket is completed the City requires inspection for proper installation. The Developer shall contact the City staff to arrange the site inspection.

Site Restoration. On the Termination Date, CVEC shall peaceably and quietly leave, surrender and yield up unto Host the Premises. Following the Termination Date of this Agreement, CVEC shall be granted site access to the Premises and shall have one hundred twenty (120) days to remove the PV System from the Premises, and to restore the Premises to the condition that existed as of the Effective Date.
Site Restoration. It is further understood that notwithstanding anything contained in this License Agreement, in the event of loss or damage to Facilities, the League shall be responsible for the full cost of demolition of damaged structures and debris removal from the Site within a reasonable time from the event of loss or damage, in order to restore the Site to a condition suitable for reconstruction of Facilities or use as Parkland in its Original Condition, as per minimum current neighbourhood park development standards.
