Site Restoration. ‌ The Certificate Holder is responsible for site restoration pursuant to the Council’s rules, WAC 463-72, in effect at the time of submittal of the Application. The Certificate Holder shall develop an Initial Site Restoration Plan in accordance with the requirements set out in Article IV.D of this Agreement and in consultation with WDFW, and submit it to EFSEC for approval. The Certificate Holder may not begin Site Preparation or Construction until the Council has approved the Initial Site Restoration Plan, including the posting of all necessary guarantees, securities, or funds associated therewith. The Certificate Holder shall submit a detailed Site Restoration Plan to EFSEC for approval prior to decommissioning in accordance with the requirements of Article VIII.A of this Agreement.

Site Restoration. Tenant may make such modifications to the Premises as reasonably required or convenient to perform the Installation Work or ongoing maintenance, including, without limitation, running wires and conduits from the System to the electrical panels and other areas on the Premises, provided that Tenant shall maintain the Premises in good condition and repair and shall restore the Premises to substantially the same condition as existed immediately prior to such modifications (other than the improvements and modifications made in connection with the System).

Site Restoration. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement NWE shall be solely responsible for the cost of restoring the Licensed Area (and any impacted adjacent park areas) and repairing any damage to the City parks facilities and infrastructure (including soils and landscaping). Site Restoration a) Following demolition, disturbed areas shall be graded, filled and seeded as necessary to stabilize the site and provide desired topography, soil profiles, and functioning drainage patterns to ensure that any existing stormwater system can be maintained. Site Restoration. AMD shall, or shall cause its Representatives to, remove all equipment or other materials belonging to AMD and/or its Representatives at reasonable intervals but no later than at the conclusion of the Remediation Activity. As soon as practicable after the Remediation Activity is completed, AMD shall restore the Property to the condition that existed prior to such Remediation Activity. If any portion of the Sunnyvale Real Property suffers damage by reason of the access of AMD or its Representatives, AMD, at its own expense, shall promptly repair all such damage and restore the Sunnyvale Real Property to the same condition as before such damage occurred.
