Mandatory Report Pay. When an employee is mandatoried to report to work prior to the beginning of his or her next scheduled shift without an eight (8) hour advance notice and does report and work, he/she shall receive not less than four (4) hours pay at straight-time rate of pay or one and one-half times his/her straight time rate of pay for such work performed, whichever is greater.
