Manuals; Service Bulletins, Etc. Upon return of the Aircraft at the expiration or termination of this Lease, Lessee shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Lessor all logs, manuals, drawings and data and inspection, modification and overhaul records in respect of the Aircraft required to be maintained under applicable rules and regulations of the FAA, updated through the date of return (collectively, "Records"). All "no-charge" service bulletin kits received by or on behalf of Lessee from Manufacturer, Engine Manufacturer or vendors for the Aircraft and Engines or engines and not incorporated therein shall be returned at no charge to Lessor as cargo on board the Aircraft at the time of its return. At the time the Aircraft is returned, Lessor shall have the option to purchase from Lessee, at Lessee's cost therefor, any "charge" service bulletin kits purchased by Lessee which have not been incorporated in the Aircraft. All such items shall thereupon become the property of Lessor.

Manuals; Service Bulletins, Etc. Upon return of the Aircraft at the expiration or termination of this Lease, Lessee shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Lessor all logs, manuals, drawings and data and inspection, modification and overhaul records in respect of the Aircraft required to be maintained under applicable rules and regulations of the FAA and all other maintenance, service, inspection and overhaul records maintained by Lessee on the Aircraft which are reasonably necessary to transition the Aircraft to a new operator, updated through the date of return (collectively, "Records"). All "no-charge" service bulletin kits received by or on behalf of Lessee from Manufacturer, Engine Manufacturer or vendors for the Aircraft and Engines or engines and not incorporated therein shall be returned at no charge to Lessor as cargo on board the Aircraft at the time of its return. At the time the Aircraft is returned, Lessor shall have the option to purchase from Lessee, at Lessee's cost therefor, any "charge" service bulletin kits purchased by Lessee which have not been incorporated in the Aircraft. All such items shall thereupon become the property of Lessor.

  • Technical Bulletins A Technical Bulletin (TB) will be used to explain updated processes, provisions or monitoring requirements as Florida Housing receives updates, clarification and additional guidance with respect to the CRF funds. TBs will also be used to clarify, discuss, interpret, and provide guidance for contract administration issues related to this Agreement. TBs will be posted at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/about-florida-housing/florida- housing's-coronavirus-relief-fund, and Grantee is encouraged to regularly check for TBs.

  • Manuals Each product delivered under contract to any Customer must be delivered with at least one (1) copy of a safety and operating manual and any other technical or maintenance manual. The cost of the manual(s) must be included in the price for the Product offered.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Customer Service Standards The Franchising Authority hereby adopts the customer service standards set forth in Part 76, §76.309 of the FCC’s rules and regulations, as amended. The Grantee shall comply in all respects with the customer service requirements established by the FCC.

  • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.

  • Operational Support Systems (OSS The terms, conditions and rates for OSS are as set forth in Section 2.13 of this Attachment.

  • Service Terms Each Service Order will provide for a service term. At the end of the service term of any Service Order, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least ninety (90) days before the end of a service term, the term of such Service Order will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods. Termination of one Service Order will not affect the term of any other Service Order.

  • Procedures for Providing NP Through Full NXX Code Migration Where a Party has activated an entire NXX for a single Customer, or activated at least eighty percent (80%) of an NXX for a single Customer, with the remaining numbers in that NXX either reserved for future use by that Customer or otherwise unused, if such Customer chooses to receive Telephone Exchange Service from the other Party, the first Party shall cooperate with the second Party to have the entire NXX reassigned in the LERG (and associated industry databases, routing tables, etc.) to an End Office operated by the second Party. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • Interfaces GTE provides the CLECs with choices for access to OSS pre-ordering, ordering, maintenance and repair systems. Availability of the interfaces is fundamental to the CLEC being able to effectively do business with GTE. Additionally, in many instances, CLEC personnel must work with the service personnel of GTE. Measurements in this category assess the availability to the CLECs of systems and personnel at GTE work centers.
