Other Maintenance. The Contractor shall routinely inspect all plants and lawn for proper watering. If a problem is detected with the irrigation system, the Contractor shall contact the City. Contractor is not responsible for the death of plants due to malfunction of the irrigation system. The following Ground Maintenance program will be performed once a week and as needed throughout the Fall seasons: A. Perennial flowers and grasses: Plants will be trimmed back to the ground at the end of the growing season. Flower beds shall be kept free of all trash and debris. In addition, occasional plant loss is common in our climate, and the Contractor shall report any concerns about such loss to the City. Contractor shall fulfill any other duties necessary to keep the grounds of the facility in a neat and orderly state. Other Maintenance. GUARDIAN RFID and the Customer agree that GUARDIAN RFID has the right to perform maintenance that is designed not to impact GUARDIAN RFID OnDemand Service Availability at any time. Other Maintenance a. XIFIN shall conduct regular backup activities and store copies of all relevant data and files in off-site electronic storage facilities. b. XIFIN shall maintain multiple redundant servers to host and serve the Hosted Site to ensure server availability. c. Upon Client’s written request, XIFIN will establish an automated process which creates a nightly incremental extract of Client’s transactional data using the standard XIFIN extract format. Any Client requested changes to the standard XIFIN extract format shall be billable at the hourly rate specified in Section 3(a) of Schedule 1 (Ancillary Service Fee). This process shall run Monday through Saturday evenings with the resultant extract files being available for Client to download from the XIFIN Secure FTP site no later than 5 AM Eastern Time on the following morning. Extract files will remain on the Secure FTP site for a maximum of five days. Clients are responsible for keeping copies of extract files based on their file retention policy. Subject to Client’s compliance with XIFIN’s best practices protocols and automation requirements including, but not limited to, adherence to the client requirements described in Exhibit F of this Agreement, XIFIN shall also adhere to the following global performance standards for materially all of the claims for so long as Client is receiving outsourced services from XIFIN (and has not transitioned to in-house services as described in Section 2(d) of Schedule 1 of the Agreement): a. Objective: Per city code, maintain public right of way in a neat, tidy, methodical, systematic, clean and orderly condition, permitting no deposit or accumulation of materials other than those ordinarily attendant upon the use for which the premises are legally intended. Other Maintenance. 12.1 The Operator may from time to time undertake minor wear and tear repairs in the Villa at its own cost, at its own discretion. 12.2 Repairs, maintenance and replacement of common property (including the external villas) is the responsibility of all owners at the Resort to which the Owner will contribute by way of Resort Rules levies and will not be at the expense of the Operator. 12.3 All other repair, maintenance and replacement to maintain the standard of the Villa and its FF&E as required by clause 4.1.6 is to be undertaken at the cost of the Owner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. To clarify: 12.3.1 The cost of any repair, replacement or maintenance of the FF&E will be dealt with in accordance with clauses 11.2 to 11.5. 12.3.2 General maintenance and repairs of the Villas’ interiors (non-FF&E) will be undertaken under the supervision of the Operator and the costs of these works will be deducted from the Pooled Owner Retention. General repairs and maintenance include day to day repairs on a like for like basis for the continuation, protection, repair and upkeep of the Villas. This includes items which are considered, at the Operator's discretion, too minor in dollar terms to form part of the FF&E and includes such things as crockery, cutlery, glassware, pillows, light bulbs and batteries. See Schedule 1 Part B(1). 12.3.3 The Operator will notify the Owner of any additional works that are required to be undertaken at the Owner's expense in order to maintain the standard of the Villa and seek the Owner's consent to such works (not to be unreasonably withheld), the cost of which may be paid directly by the Owner to the Operator or deducted from the Owner's share of Net Rental Income. See Schedule 1 Part B(2).
Other Maintenance. Landlord shall be responsible for other necessary maintenance and paying all costs associated with such maintenance of the building. The term “maintenance” does not include “replacement” of or “expansion” of any equipment or portion of the building, including the roof.
Other Maintenance. All other necessary or required maintenance, monitoring, repairs and replacements to the Premises, the Building and the Common Areas shall, including pest control shall be the sole responsibility and expense of Landlord. Landlord's maintenance responsibilities shall include the supply and replacement of all supplies, materials and equipment necessary for such maintenance.
Other Maintenance. COUNTY will perform any and all other maintenance functions normally associated with maintenance of a multi-use non-motorized gravel trail. STATE, at its sole option, may assist COUNTY in performing emergency maintenance functions associated with large landslides, fires, or other unexpected damage and COUNTY will reimburse STATE’s costs for these services.
Other Maintenance. Unless otherwise provided in Schedule A-8, maintenance for the Primary Equipment listed in Schedule A-1, or for the Operating System, Operating Environment, or Third-Party Software listed in Schedule A-2, if any, is not included under this Agreement inasmuch as it will be the subject of maintenance agreements between Customer and the supplier thereof, or other third-party maintenance supplier. Since proper equipment maintenance is required for proper system operation, Customer agrees to acquire and keep in force maintenance agreements on the Primary Equipment. Customer understands and that Interactive is not a party to such agreements and that corresponding maintenance fees are determined by the maintenance supplier and are listed in this Agreement for information purposes only. Should Interactive agree to provide maintenance support on behalf of an Equipment, Operating System, Operating Environment, or Third-Party Software supplier(s), then such maintenance will be contracted for under a separate agreement and included in Schedule A-8.
