Market Segment. Clearly identify which Market Segment the Offeror is submitting a proposal under. If an Offeror chooses to submit a proposal for more than one (1) Market Segment, then a separate proposal shall be submitted for each. If an Offeror is selected to receive an award in more than one Market Segment, the Offeror will only receive one IDIQ contract. If the Offeror’s prime proposal is successful for a specific Market Segment, then the Offeror will receive one IDIQ contract that will include that specific Market Segment within its scope. The IDIQ contract scope can include anywhere from one (1) to four (4) Market Segments, depending on which prime proposals are selected for contract award. An IDIQ contract holder can only propose, in the prime position, those task orders that fall within the Market Segments included in the Offeror’s IDIQ contracting vehicle scope.
