Marketing Permission. You agree that Branch may send You marketing communications regarding the Services. Branch may request permission to use the Ad Content, including all trademarks and logos included in the Ad Content, for promotional purposes in Branch marketing materials. Xxxxxx must approve in writing any press release or announcement that refers or relates to this Agreement, the Ad Content or Your relationship with Branch.
Marketing Permission. Cleverbridge may use Client’s name, trademark, and logo, as well as basic facts about the services provided for Client in connection with marketing and sales activities. Cleverbridge also, after receiving prior written or email approval from Client, may publish selected Client performance facts in its marketing material in a case-study format (e.g., relative conversion rate improvements, return on investment, or churn rate improvements) without disclosing specific proprietary financial details of Client.

You grant The Great Lakes Cruise Company and its agents, employees, and affiliated companies, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to opt you in for marketing emails and mailers. You reserve the right to opt out of marketing emails and mailers at any time, through written notice to The Great Lakes Cruise Company.
