Marketing Plan. The MCO must submit a marketing plan to the Department for prior written approval by October 1 of each Contract year. If the marketing plan is modified during the Contract year, the revised marketing plan must be submitted to the Department for written approval prior to engaging in any activities not specified in the original plan.
