Common use of Master Project Schedule Clause in Contracts

Master Project Schedule. Within 30 days of the execution of this Agreement, the Construction Manager shall prepare and submit a Master Project Schedule covering the planning and design approvals, construction, Owner occupancy, and substantial completion of the Project. This schedule will serve as the framework for the subsequent development of all detailed schedules. The Master Project Schedule shall be produced and updated monthly throughout the project.

No revisions, activity additions, activity deletions, or logic changes to the Master Project Schedule or any other schedule previously approved by the owner, shall be made without the Owner’s approval.
