Maternity/Pregnancy Disability. Employees are entitled to use sick leave as set forth in Sections 10.2.1 for pregnancy, miscarriage, childbirth, and the recovery therefrom on the same terms and conditions governing leaves of absence for other illness. A medical release may be required prior to the employee’s return to work.
