Maximum Accruals of Holiday Compensatory Time. Holiday compensatory time may not be accumulated in excess of two hundred eighty-eight (288) hours. After two hundred eighty-eight (288) hours are accrued by an employee, the employee will receive holiday pay at the rate of one and one half (1.5) times his/her base rate of pay. Holiday compensatory time may be taken at those dates and times determined by mutual agreement of the employee and the Department Head or designee.
