Maximum Levy. In the event of the failure of either or both of the Owners’ Associations to adequately carry out the obligations contained in the Residential Declaration and/or the Commercial Declaration respectively, as reasonably determined by the City, and the ultimate need for the City to levy under an SSA, such levy shall not exceed $.50/100 of assessed valuation on a yearly basis or such lesser amount as may be reasonably required to fund the expenses incurred by the City as provided in this Article XVI.

In the event an extraordinary expense is required on the part of the City to enforce the aforesaid declaration of covenants, and in the event a single year‟s levy does not provide adequate funds to reimburse the City, levies not exceeding the $.50/$100.00 of assessed valuation may be made in multiple years.

  • Maximum Duration Up to five years. The five-year period is a cumulative total of all absences from employment at the University due to the employee’s service in the military.
