Maximum Hours. No employee shall be scheduled for more than ten (10) hours per day, or for more than forty-eight (48) hours per week, unless mutually agreed otherwise by the Employer and the employee.
Maximum Hours. No employee shall be required to work more than 16 consecutive hours. An employee who has worked for 16 consecutive hours shall not be recalled to work prior to the expiration of 8 hours following the termination of the consecutive 16 hour work period.
Maximum Hours. Employees shall be paid at least time and a half for all overtime worked in excess of 40 hours in any one week and for work performed on New Year's Day (Jan. 1), Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (first Monday in September), Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November), and Christmas Day (December 25).
Maximum Hours. Effective January 1, 2017 the maximum PTO accrual will be one and one half times (1.5) the annual maximum accrual amount as listed above. No future PTO may be accrued until the employee’s maximum accrued unused PTO has been reduced below the maximum, at which point PTO can again be accrued, unless the Employer’s denial of an employee’s PTO request causes the employee to exceed the maximum, in which case PTO shall continue to accrue during each month that the PTO request is denied.
Maximum Hours. The Principal or applicable supervisor will schedule employees, such that the maximum number of hours to be worked by each employee:
i) In any given week shall not exceed eight (8) hours in a given day or forty (40) hours in a given week; and
ii) In any scheduled day will be the hours set forth in Schedule “A” - “Full Time Equivalent Hours of Work by Classification”. Prior to the application of any overtime provision.
Maximum Hours. The maximum period of ordinary duty on any day, except Saturday, will be 9 hours. On Xxxxxxxxx, xxx maximum period of ordinary duty will be 10 hours.
Maximum Hours. Hours of work shall be maximized by seniority. Overtime will not be offered by seniority unless everyone on the scheduled day has received the full hours for the day.
Maximum Hours. In no case shall faculty members be held responsible for more than their ICH, contact hours, and hours on campus in subsection (D). No additional hours may be assigned by the academic xxxx.
Maximum Hours. The maximum number of floating holiday hours an employee may have at any time during the fiscal year is thirty-six (36) hours. Employees hired between July 1 and December 31 will receive thirty-six (36) hours of floating holiday upon date of hire. Employees hired between January 1 and June 30 will receive eighteen(18) hours of floating holiday upon date of hire. Unused floating holiday hours are not subject to cash out upon termination.
