Common use of MAXIMUM VACATION ACCRUAL CAP Clause in Contracts

MAXIMUM VACATION ACCRUAL CAP. Employees will continue to accrue vacation time each pay period up to the Maximum Vacation Accrual Cap (as set forth below). No additional vacation will accrue until vacation time is taken and the balance (includes Genesis vacation hours and acquisition vacation carry over hours) falls below the Maximum Accrual Cap. Employees accruing at the 2 week level have an 80 hours maximum accrual cap Employees accruing at the 3 week level have a 120 hour maximum accrual cap. Employees accruing at the 4 week level have a 160 hour maximum accrual cap.
