MCE schedules. A standard workday for MCE employees is subject to the seasonal and special work load requirements. With mutual agreement between management and the employee, employees of MCE may flex their schedules. It may be less than or more than eight hours. The workweek shall be a fixed and regular recurring seven-day period in which the employee's work period shall normally consist of a fixed and regularly recurring consecutive days of employment. An employee's work period need not coincide with the seven-day workweek. When management and an employee agree on a flex schedule, overtime is earned for any time worked over 40 hours per week at the rate of one and one- half time.
