M&E Plan. Unless MCC agrees otherwise in writing, no later than ninety (90) days after the Compact enters into force as provided in Article 7 of the Compact, MCA-Côte d’Ivoire agrees to develop and implement an M&E Plan that will serve as the primary governing document for monitoring and evaluation activities for the Program over the Compact Term. The M&E Plan will be developed, implemented and updated in accordance with the MCC Policy for Monitoring and Evaluation of Compacts and Threshold Programs.
M&E Plan. MCA-Côte d’Ivoire has developed the M&E Plan, and the plan has been approved by the Board and MCC.
M&E Plan. The M&E Plan will be developed, implemented and updated in accordance with the MCC Policy for Monitoring and Evaluation of Compacts and Threshold Programs. Recognizing that certain information may not be available ninety (90) days after the Compact enters into force, the Parties will endeavor to communicate regularly regarding availability of appropriate data and reasonable expectations regarding the content of the M&E Plan in respect thereof.
M&E Plan. By the time specified in Annex II to this Agreement, MCA-Niger shall develop and implement an M&E Plan to serve as the primary governing document for monitoring and evaluation activities for the Program over the Compact Term. The M&E Plan shall be developed, implemented, and updated in accordance with the MCC M&E Policy.
M&E Plan. In the event Initial Disbursement occurs on or after 90 days following entry into force of the Compact, MCA-Mongolia has developed the M&E Plan, and the plan has been approved by the Board of Directors and MCC.

MCA-Indonesia II shall develop and implement an M&E Plan to serve as the primary governing document for monitoring and evaluation activities for the Program over the Compact Term and evaluation activities post-Compact Term. The M&E Plan shall be developed, implemented, and updated in accordance with the Policy for Monitoring and Evaluation of Compact and Threshold Programs.
