Common use of Meal Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Meal Reimbursement. Any employee in the bargaining unit who, as a result of a 32 work assignment or conference attendance, is authorized to have a meal(s) away 33 from the District, shall be reimbursed according to currently established District 34 policy upon timely submission of the expense claim. Catalina Island is part of the 35 District; therefore, no reimbursement will be made for meals unless overnight 36 lodging is required. 37
