Meals and Lodging. Any employee in the bargaining unit whose assigned work takes him/her from his/her normal assignment may have meals or lodging costs reimbursed if administratively approved. In an emergency situation such expenses may be approved by the immediate supervisor, if said expenses are in keeping with current conference policies.
