Meals Expense. 1. A bus driver away on an extracurricular trip lasting more than five (5) hours, but less than ten (10) hours, will be reimbursed not to exceed a total of $10.00 for the expense of meals when a dated receipt marked paid is provided by the driver with the weekly time sheet that includes the completed trip.
