TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT A. This Contract shall terminate, the Superintendent's employment will cease, and no compensation shall thereafter be paid, under any one of the following circumstances:
Definition of Employee 5.01 In this Agreement "employee" means a person who is employed by the Company and who is included in a unit of the Company's employees for whom the Union has been certified as the collective bargaining agent by the Labour Relations Code of B.C. "
Definition of Employees A. Full-time employee is defined as a person employed in a position that is scheduled for forty (40) hours per week.
HIRING OF EMPLOYEES Company and Shareholders shall cooperate with all requests made by Pentegra for the purpose of allowing Pentegra to hire those non-dentist employees of Company designated by Pentegra, such employment to be effective as of the Closing Date. Notwithstanding the above, Company and Shareholders shall remain liable under any Company Plans for any claims incurred by any employees or their spouses or dependents, and for all compensation, bonuses, benefits and other such items and other liabilities related to Company's employees incurred by Company prior to the Closing Date.
SECTION 5 – UNDERTAKINGS OF EMPLOYEE 5.1 While the agreement is in effect, Employee shall:
Statement of Employment An employer shall, in the event of termination of employment, provide upon request to the employee who has been terminated a written statement specifying the period of employment and the classification or type of work performed by the employee.
Fixed Term Employment 25.1 A fixed term Employee is an Employee who is employed for a specified period of time, which period is known at the commencement of the contract, or for a specified task such as a project or replacement of an absent employee.
Employment of Consultants Part A General Consultants’ services shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of the Introduction and Section IV of the “Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers” published by the Bank in January 1997 and revised in September 1997 and January 1999 (the Consultant Guidelines) and the following provisions of Section II of this Schedule. Cyclic Employment Leave Leave without pay will be granted to cyclic year employees during their off season.
