MEANS OF EXCHANGE OF MESSAGES. From time to time xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx may, as part of the services provided to the Guest and the Accommodation, facilitate the exchange of messages between the Guest and the Accommodation ("Messaging Service") using the means provided by the company xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx will process messages sent through the Messaging Service ("Messages") in accordance with with the xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx Privacy and Cookie Statement applicable to Placements and found on the site xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The Accommodation hereby irrevocably and unconditionally authorizes and agrees to the processing Messages by xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (including any processing, storage, receipt, access, viewing and verification of messages by the company xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) and declares that it has properly and properly informed (and in accordance with the requirements of the applicable of the legislation received the consent) of employees, agents, representatives, personnel and other persons of the Accommodation in relation to use of the Messaging Service for or on behalf of the Accommodation (including processing, receiving, viewing, storing, checking such messages by xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx access to such messages).

  • Time and Manner of Exchange of Information 1. For the purposes of the exchange of information in Section 2, the amounts contained in each CbC Report are expected to be stated in a single currency, which is expected to be specified in the CbC Report.

  • Off-Exchange Transactions In some jurisdictions, and only then in restricted circumstances, firms are permitted to effect off-exchange transactions. The firm with which you deal may be acting as your counterparty to the transaction. It may be difficult or impossible to liquidate an existing position, to assess the value, to determine a fair price or to assess the exposure to risk. For these reasons, these transactions may involve increased risks. Off-exchange transactions may be less regulated or subject to a separate regulatory regime.   • Trunk Data Exchange 65.9.1 Each Party agrees to service trunk groups to the blocking criteria in Section 64.3.4 in a timely manner when trunk groups exceed measured blocking thresholds on an average time consistent busy hour for a twenty- one (21) Day study period. The Parties agree that twenty-one (21) Days is the study period duration objective unless mutually agreed otherwise. The study period will not include a holiday.

  • Data Exchange Each Party shall furnish to the other Party real-time and forecasted data as required by ERCOT Requirements. The Parties will cooperate with one another in the analysis of disturbances to either the Plant or the TSP’s System by gathering and providing access to any information relating to any disturbance, including information from oscillography, protective relay targets, breaker operations, and sequence of events records.

  • Recording of Communications Buyer, Seller and Guarantor shall have the right (but not the obligation) from time to time to make or cause to be made tape recordings of communications between its employees and those of the other party with respect to Transactions. Buyer, Seller and Guarantor consent to the admissibility of such tape recordings in any court, arbitration, or other proceedings. The parties agree that a duly authenticated transcript of such a tape recording shall be deemed to be a writing conclusively evidencing the parties’ agreement.

  • Rate of exchange upon request by the Issuer inform the Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro (or such other currency specified by the Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

  • LANGUAGE OF COMMUNICATIONS All communications between You and Us including all communication of terms and conditions will be in English unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Shift Exchanges In no event shall any overtime be payable as a result of employees voluntarily exchanging shifts.
