Mechanic Certification. The District will pay for the annual renewal of any District- required mechanic certifications.
Mechanic Certification. The Employer will pay for new employees and employees with less than fifteen years of service in their mechanics position to attend a six (6) week mechanics course at the Illinois Valley Community College. Employees have one (1) year to complete the course and must attain a passing grade.
