Mechanic Staffing. When the ratio of buses to full-time mechanics in the Wentzville School District exceeds the ratio of twenty-two (22) to one (1) full-time mechanic, then the District shall meet with the Federation to discuss hiring the number of full or part-time mechanics needed to fall within the safety standards. Only mechanics hired after July 1, 2007 shall be required to have or obtain a HAZMAT/Tanker license. Mechanics are defined as full-time mechanics for the sake of calculating bus-to-mechanic ratios if they do not regularly work more than three hours a day on extra duties such as fueling or driving routes.

  • Staffing There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week. The clinician shall report directly to the outside contractor, Peer Assistance Oversight Committee and the MIF liaison. There must be a documented patch management process which determines installation 23 timeframe based on risk assessment and vendor recommendations. At a maximum, all applicable 24 patches must be installed within thirty (30) calendar or business days of vendor release. Applications 25 and systems that cannot be patched due to operational reasons must have compensatory controls 26 implemented to minimize risk, where possible.

  • Management Grievance The Employer may initiate a grievance at Step 3 of the grievance procedure by the Employer or designate presenting the grievance to the President of the Union or designate. Time limits and process are identical to a union grievance.
