Contractor shall maintain, implement and utilize procedures to collect appropriate charges from clients for services provided under this Contract. Contractor must bill charges for said services to any third-party payer and/or for Share of Cost Medi-Cal to client responsible for payment of services in compliance with 42 C.F.R. 438.900. Charges must be billed in the amount of Contractor’s Published Charge or negotiated insurance rate. Contractor shall complete monthly Medi-Cal eligibility verification for all clients prior to submission of Medi-Cal claims to the State. ACBHD will provide test claim reports for all Medi-Cal billable services prior to submission to the State. In the event ACBHD receives notification of services denied by the State for any Medi-Cal claims submitted for reimbursement, a notice of the denial of claim(s) will be communicated to Contractor via a Denied Correction Report. Contractor shall research the DCR and submit a response on the DCR to ACBHD to include any necessary corrections for the denied claim within the timeframe noted in the DCR Cover Letter. Upon research by Contractor, if the DCR is due to input or entry errors, Contractor to submit the DCR response to ACBHD and follow Claims Correction Form guidance located on ACBHD Provider website xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/providers/Forms/Forms.htm.

  • Funding Provisions 4.1 All salaries, fringe benefits, professional development, local travel, supplies for the College and Career Counselor will be provided by Collin College.

  • Task Order Funding Restrictions No unfunded TOs are allowed; TOs may be incrementally funded in accordance with FAR and other agency funding restrictions. The Contracting Officer for each order is responsible for closing out the contract action that they issue. Notification that a closeout of an order is complete must be provided to the Procuring Contracting Officer (the Basic Contract) once accomplished.   • Termination of Funding County may terminate this Contract in any fiscal year in that it is determined there is not sufficient funding. California Constitution Article XVI Section 18.

  • CLOSING PROVISIONS (a) Subscriber agrees to be identified as a customer of JetBrains and agrees that JetBrains may refer to Subscriber by name, trade name and trademark, if applicable, and may briefly describe Subscriber’s business in JetBrains marketing materials, on JetBrains Site, and in public or legal documents. Subscriber hereby grants JetBrains a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Subscriber’s name and any of Subscriber’s trade names and trademarks solely pursuant to this marketing section.

  • Termination for Lack of Funding If this Contract is funded by public funds or a grant from a public or private entity, and the funds are not appropriated or the grant is discontinued, the County may terminate this Contract by written notice specifying the date of termination. The County shall pay for all work properly performed up to the effective date of the notice of termination.

  • Sale of Note; Change of Loan Servicer; Notice of Grievance The Note or a partial interest in the Note (together with this Security Instrument) can be sold one or more times without prior notice to Borrower. A sale might result in a change in the entity (known as the “Loan Servicer”) that collects Periodic Payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument and performs other mortgage loan servicing obligations under the Note, this Security Instrument, and Applicable Law. There also might be one or more changes of the Loan Servicer unrelated to a sale of the Note. If there is a change of the Loan Servicer, Borrower will be given written notice of the change which will state the name and address of the new Loan Servicer, the address to which payments should be made and any other information RESPA requires in connection with a notice of transfer of servicing. If the Note is sold and thereafter the Loan is serviced by a Loan Servicer other than the purchaser of the Note, the mortgage loan servicing obligations to Borrower will remain with the Loan Servicer or be transferred to a successor Loan Servicer and are not assumed by the Note purchaser unless otherwise provided by the Note purchaser. Neither Borrower nor Lender may commence, join, or be joined to any judicial action (as either an individual litigant or the member of a class) that arises from the other party’s actions pursuant to this Security Instrument or that alleges that the other party has breached any provision of, or any duty owed by reason of, this Security Instrument, until such Borrower or Lender has notified the other party (with such notice given in compliance with the requirements of Section 15) of such alleged breach and afforded the other party hereto a reasonable period after the giving of such notice to take corrective action. If Applicable Law provides a time period which must elapse before certain action can be taken, that time period will be deemed to be reasonable for purposes of this paragraph. The notice of acceleration and opportunity to cure given to Borrower pursuant to Section 22 and the notice of acceleration given to Borrower pursuant to Section 18 shall be deemed to satisfy the notice and opportunity to take corrective action provisions of this Section 20.

  • Abortion Funding Limitation Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, pursuant to Article IX of the General Appropriations Act (the Act), to the extent allowed by federal and state law, money appropriated by the Texas Legislature may not be distributed to any individual or entity that, during the period for which funds are appropriated under the Act:

  • DISTRIBUTION AND DEFAULT SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Capacity Pipeline Capacity, Underground Storage Withdrawal Capacity, Underground Storage Capacity and Peaking Capacity as defined in these Terms and Conditions. Capacity Allocators The proportion of the Customer’s Total Capacity Quantity that comprises Pipeline Capacity, Underground Storage Withdrawal Capacity and Peaking Capacity. Company-Managed Supplies Capacity contracts held and managed by the Company in accordance with governing tariffs, but made available to the Supplier pursuant to Section 13.9 of these Terms and Conditions, including supply-sharing contracts and load- management contracts. Critical Day In accordance with Section 19.0 of these Terms and Conditions, a Day declared at any time by the Company in its reasonable discretion when unusual operating conditions may jeopardize operation of the Company’s distribution system.

  • DURATION, AMENDING, TERMINATING, AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 3.1 This Agreement shall take effect on 07/01/2021 and shall remain in effect until 06/30/2022.

  • Controlling Provisions In the event of any inconsistencies between the provisions of this Amendment and the provisions of any other Loan Document, the provisions of this Amendment shall govern and prevail. Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, the Loan Documents shall not be modified and shall remain in full force and effect.
