Media Contact/News/Information Release. The Contractor agrees that it will not contact the media/press, discuss this Contract or the related program with the media/press, or issue any news releases in connection with either the award of this Contract, any subsequent amendment of, or any effort/performance under this Contract without first obtaining review and written approval of said media/press contact, discussion, and/or news release from the County through the County’s Project Manager.
