Subrecipient’s Records. 1. Subrecipient shall keep true and accurate accounts, records, books and data, which shall correctly reflect the business transacted by Subrecipient in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. These records shall be stored in Orange County for a period of three (3) years after final payment is received from the County or until an audit has occurred and an audit resolution has been reached. Storage of records in another County will require written approval from the County. Subrecipient shall reimburse County for all costs and expenses incurred by County and/or the State and U. S. government resulting from travel to a location outside of the County to inspect the records.

Permit tracking and reporting of leveraging as required.
