Mediator. The mediator appointed under this process must have reasonable qualifications and practical experience in the area of the dispute. If within 10 business days after referral of the dispute to the Resolution Institute the parties have not agreed upon the mediator or other relevant particular, the mediator and any other particular will be determined in accordance with the Resolution Institute’s Mediation Rules.
