Common use of MEDICAID SERVICE WORKERS Clause in Contracts

MEDICAID SERVICE WORKERS. Employees covered by this Agreement shall be compensated according to the wage scale schedule set forth in Appendix A, except that employees working on a daily rate, per visit rate, as a licensed nurse shall be paid according to the appendices below. Hourly private pay caregivers paid at or above the hourly rates in Appendix B, shall earn the greater of the rate appropriate to their career hours on the scale in Appendix A or their current rate. No employee shall suffer a loss as a result of this agreement.
