Medical and Dental Coverage. The Executive will be entitled to participate in the Company’s employee group medical and other group insurance programs on the same basis as other similarly situated executives of the Company. Any other benefits offered to personnel in the Company similar to Executive shall also be offered to Executive upon the same terms.
