MEDICAL FITNESS. 11:01 At the request of the Agency, an employee may be required to have a medical examination from a duly qualified medical practitioner mutually acceptable to the employee and the Agency. The Agency shall pay for any and all costs incurred by the employee if such costs are not paid by the Manitoba Health.

The Agency Employer shall pay for any and all costs incurred the cost of the medical examination if the cost is not covered by the employee if such costs are not paid by the Manitoba Health.
