Common use of Medical Insurance Deductible Clause in Contracts

Medical Insurance Deductible. The District will reimburse each employee up to a maximum of $ 600 per year for the “Annual Medical Deductible” associated with the HMO Saver plan defined as: (applies to inpatient hospital, outpatient hospital, and ambulatory surgical centers, except medical emergencies).
