Common use of Medical Insurance Deductible Clause in Contracts

Medical Insurance Deductible. The District will reimburse each employee up to a maximum of $ 600 per year for the “Annual Medical Deductible” associated with the HMO Saver plan defined as: (applies to inpatient hospital, outpatient hospital, and ambulatory surgical centers, except medical emergencies). This reimbursement does not apply to any other medical expenses. The District reserves the right to reopen negotiations regarding dental, vision, and life insurance premiums if costs to the District increase by more than 5% a year.
