Common use of Medical Insurance Clause in Contracts

Medical Insurance. The University shall make available medical insurance to the employees covered by this agreement to the same extent and in the same manner and at the same costs as is available to other University employees, such as Faculty and the Executive, Administrative and Professional Staff employees. It is the University’s goal to have the same medical insurance plans offered uniformly to all University groups and employees. The University retains the right to make changes to the medical insurance plans it offers provided that the changes are the same for each employee group. The University will notify the Union of and discuss with the Union changes prior to making the change.
