Medical Leave Bank Use. A Medical Leave Bank Committee will be established by TEAME to implement, administer and oversee the Bank. The decision(s) of the Medical Leave Bank Committee shall be final. Medical leave days can only be withdrawn from the Bank for injuries or illnesses. If the Medical Leave Bank is disbanded the accumulated medical leave in the bank will be distributed equally to all the bargaining unit members who are Medical Leave Bank members at the time. This leave will be deposited into their personal leave account. A report of the balance of the Medical Leave Bank will be provided to the TEAME president upon request.
