Medical Leave for Job-Related Disability. Any Faculty member requiring a medical leave due to a job-related disability may return, within two (2) years, to the same or a similar position upon evidence that the member can perform in a satisfactory manner. This evidence will be the result of an examination by a doctor designated by the District for the medical review.
